Recommend it for families with a taste for comfort

The staff was really good, especially BRIAN and JOCELYN. They went out of their way to help me when I arrived late for breakfast, making sure I had something to eat , which is not something you see every day.

The hotel featured a fun pool table in the lobby, adding a nice touch to the experience. However, noise from neighbors made it difficult to sleep well.

The rooms are equipped with hearing access, a thoughtful feature for those who might need it. The layout is functional with ease of mobility in mind, making for a comfortable environment.

The noise levels are unbearable, with paper-thin walls allowing every sound from neighboring rooms to seep in. The setting has its issues too. the proximity of the dumpster to the pool area is less than ideal, especially on trash days that disrupt any peace you'd hope for. Additionally, a surprise $75 pet fee at check-in was frustrating, especially when more transparent options were available in the area.

My stay at Tru By Hilton Asheville Blue Ridge Parkway was delightful! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. The vibrant lobby was filled with games and comfortable seating, which created a welcoming atmosphere.

tru by hilton was a great stay! the hotel was in a fantastic location, just 12 minutes away from downtown, which was perfect for venturing out. the friendly staff really made a difference, always there to help with a smile. there was even a fun pancake machine at breakfast that added a special touch!

The King Room was nice and clean, which I loved. The bed was really comfy, definitely my style with a firm feel. Plus, the blinds worked great for blocking out light, which was perfect for sleeping in. The bathroom was spotless, too. Just a heads up, the walls were a bit thin, so we could hear some noise from neighbors now and then. But overall, it was a solid stay!
