Recommend it for families with a taste for comfort
The staff was really good, especially BRIAN and JOCELYN. They went out of their way to help me when I arrived late for breakfast, making sure I had something to eat , which is not something you see every day.

The hotel featured a fun pool table in the lobby, adding a nice touch to the experience. However, noise from neighbors made it difficult to sleep well.

missingWrote a review on 10 Novhearing accessfunctional layoutunbearable noise
The rooms are equipped with hearing access, a thoughtful feature for those who might need it. The layout is functional with ease of mobility in mind, making for a comfortable environment.
The noise levels are unbearable, with paper-thin walls allowing every sound from neighboring rooms to seep in. The setting has its issues too. the proximity of the dumpster to the pool area is less than ideal, especially on trash days that disrupt any peace you'd hope for. Additionally, a surprise $75 pet fee at check-in was frustrating, especially when more transparent options were available in the area.

The King Room was nice and clean, which I loved. The bed was really comfy, definitely my style with a firm feel. Plus, the blinds worked great for blocking out light, which was perfect for sleeping in. The bathroom was spotless, too. Just a heads up, the walls were a bit thin, so we could hear some noise from neighbors now and then. But overall, it was a solid stay!

The lobby exudes warmth with inviting decor and ample seating, while complimentary drinks and snacks enhance the experience. The room was impeccable, showcasing excellent attention to cleanliness, and beds were exceptionally comfy. The breakfast options included freshly made sandwiches and delicious scrambled eggs, which provided plenty of variety. However, noise levels from nearby guests could be bothersome at times, and the vegetarian options at breakfast may not satisfy everyone.
